Kubuntu 15.10 development is now reached version Alpha 2. The final version is scheduled to be released in 22 October 2015. Kubuntu 15.10 is available in 32 bit and 64 bit edition.

Kubuntu 15.10 Alpha 2 can be run in Live mode so you don't have to install it first and it will not affect your current system configuration. I suggest not to install this Alpha version on a production machine since it may contains bugs and errors.
